Alexa Hancasky is an Associate in the Corporate practice group, where her work focuses on general corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on the taxable attributes and implications of transactions.

Before joining CCM, Alexa was a government attorney where she litigated before the United States Tax Court and advised to the agency client on complex tax matters.

Prior to law school, Alexa worked in public accounting, performing controllership and accounting functions for family offices, businesses, and ultra-high net worth clients, including oversight of business financial operations and income, estate, and gift-related financial activities.
