We recognize the tax ramifications which are unique to our clients’ businesses, particularly in the full array of transactions in which our clients engage. We work with our clients to develop the best tax strategies to accomplish their business and individual objectives.

We also represent a number of individuals and businesses in administrative proceedings with the Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Department of Revenue. We have successfully handled a variety of tax controversies involving employer/independent contractor classification, unreasonable compensation issues and valuation issues in the federal estate tax area.
