Deanna Quinn focuses her practice on real
estate and corporate transactional work. Ms. Quinn's practice
involves the representation of real estate owners, landlords,
tenants, developers and builders as well as corporations, limited
liability companies and their owners.
While working towards her Juris Doctor, Ms.
Quinn was employed as a Trust Administrator at First American Bank
and Trust Company. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Quinn joined
the firm of Levinson, Murray & Jensen where her primary areas of
practice were real estate, condominium development, business
organization and transactional work. Ms. Quinn also worked for
Claire's Boutique's Inc. as a Corporate Attorney negotiating and
drafting retaDeanna M. Quinn-McCollianil leases and advising the corporation on general legal
matters.
Ms. Quinn received her Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Management in 1995 from Concordia University in River
Forest, Illinois. She graduated cum laude from Northern Illinois
University College of Law in 1997.
She is admitted to the Illinois Bar and is a member of the Real Estate
and Corporate Section of Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage
County Association of Women Lawyers, and the Illinois Real Estate
Lawyer’s Association.
