Mary Callow's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, succession planning for family businesses, asset protection and the settlement of probate and trust estates. Ms. Callow also counsels individual and corporate clients, including not-for-profit corporations, in the areas of general business and fiduciary matters.
Ms. Callow excels at understanding and listening to her clients' business and estate needs and then developing pragmatic and tailored solutions for those needs. She has settled large estates with issues involving sales of farmland, family disputes, and complex estate and income tax issues.

Ms. Callow received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Rosary College (now Dominican University), River Forest, Illinois. Upon joining the Mayor's Committee for Economic and Cultural Development, Ms. Callow worked to retain businesses in the City of Chicago and solving problems in the areas of finance, labor and real estate. She was also employed by Donald I. Kane & Associates, a business consulting firm which provided technical expertise in the area of financing for businesses using a combination of public and private funding. She attended The John Marshall Law School where she received a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1985.

Ms. Callow is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the Federal Bar for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the DuPage County Estate Planning Council, the DuPage Association for Women Lawyers, the American Association of University Women and the DuPage County Bar Association. Ms. Callow is also a part-time faculty member at College of DuPage, and teaches a Trust & Estates course in the paralegal program.
