Deven Kane concentrates his practice in
mergers and acquisitions, corporate, banking and securities transactional work. Mr. Kane’s
practice involves the representation of corporations, limited
liability companies and their owners.
Upon graduation from law school in 2000,
Mr. Kane was employed in the Chicago firm of Altheimer & Gray where his primary areas
of practice were mergers & acquisitions, securities law, general
corporate law and municipal bonds.
Mr. Kane received his Bachelor of Business
Administration Degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M
University in 1997 where he was a Lechner Fellow. He graduated cum laude from
the University of Illinois College of Law in 2000 where he received
a Harno Scholarship.
Mr. Kane is fluent in Hindi and Marathi. Mr. Kane is admitted to the Illinois Bar.
Mr. Kane is a
member of the American Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar
Association, the Indian American Bar Association of Chicago and the
Asian American Bar Association of Chicago.
