Engagement Letters
As with all of our clients, Clingen Callow & McLean, LLCÂ requires individuals to sign engagement letters confirming the scope of our legal representation. Our engagement letters are customized to each individual and reflect at least the following:
- the types of services our firm will and will not be providing;
- an estimated range of fees or budget where feasible;
- applicable hourly rates;
- terms of payment;
- applicable retainers; and
- provisions related to waivers of conflicts of interest, where applicable.
