Ms. Wilkinson provides support in estate planning, estate and trust administration, litigation and real estate.  As part of the firm’s estate planning and estate and trust administration group, Virginia provides support in assisting with the drafting of documents, asset transfers, client/family meetings, probate/trust administration, including drafting probate pleadings, research and estate tax returns.

Virginia assists the firm’s litigation group with online research, document preparation and drafting court pleadings.

Virginia supports the firm’s real estate practice group in assisting with contract negotiation, due diligence, title research and closing documentation.
