Mr. Adamo concentrates his practice in corporate law and
commercial litigation for a variety of corporations, limited
liability companies and their owners. In his practice, Mr.
Adamo aims to meet his clients’ highest objectives with a
practical, cost-efficient approach to litigation. Mr. Adamo has
extensive courtroom experience in resolving contract disputes,
real estate litigation and various commercial matters.
In addition to his courtroom experience, Mr. Adamo has expertise
in drafting and negotiating leases, entity formation documents
and a variety of business contracts. Furthermore, Mr. Adamo also
has gained experience in employment and labor litigation, and he
has argued successfully on behalf of employers in state court
and before administrative agencies.
Mr. Adamo received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and
Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University and his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of
Law.
Additionally, Mr. Adamo is presently completing his M.B.A. from
the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
He is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the
Federal Bar of the Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. Adamo is a member of the Justinian Society, the Illinois
State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
