Mr. Steven A.
Marderosian concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and
corporate law. His practice includes the representation of clients
at the trial court and appellate levels in a wide variety of
business disputes, including contract enforcement, employment
actions, construction litigation and mechanic’s liens, trade secret
and non-competition litigation, shareholder disputes, insurance
